1. You place a red ball inside of the box, and a black ball on top.
2. When you drape a curtain around the box, and count, "One, two, three..."
3. The black and red balls instantly change places!
PUZZLING QUEEN by Toru Suzuki
1. Place the Queen of Hearts into the frame.
2. Then insert a tube through the centre of the Queen. Upon looking inside, the tube is empty! You can even push a pencil through the hole.
3. Remove the tube and the Queen instantly restores without leaving a mark!!
1. Your spectator remembers one of of nine miniature playing cards.
2. You place the cards into the box and one card rises by itself!
1. The red string is solid. The white string is shown to be cut in two pieces.
2. By pulling the white strings, they magically restore into one unbroken piece. The red string is now cut in two!
3. Finally, a portion of the red string jumps over to the center of the white string!!
1. You borrow a handkerchief from a spectator and imprison it between two plates and a small piece of paper.
2. Everything is held secure with two clips. Now you impale the borrowed hanky with a pen.
3. When you remove the plates, the paper is pierced, but the handkerchief is magically unharmed!
THE CUTTING EDGE by Toru Suzuki
1. You push a borrowed quarter against the sword.
2. The quarter is cut into two pieces!
3. When you squeeze the two halves back together, they visibly restore into a single coin.
MONEY SHREDDER by Shigeru Sugawara
1. You insert a borrowed bill and a sheet of white paper into a clear case.
2. You then tear them both in half using a length of string.
3. The paper is still torn into pieces, but the bill is unharmed.
VAULT-VISION by Hiroshi Kondo
1. A spectator is given three coins: a penny, a nickel and a dime, plus a small
box which you the magician explains is the Vault.
2. When you turn your back, the spectator places any coin in the Vault and closes
it. He then takes the higher value coin in the right hand and the last coin in the
left hand.
3. When you turn around, you can instantly tell the spectator which coin is where.
Could it be telepathy?
BARE BONES by Hiroshi Kondo
1. The magician brings out three blocks which, stacked together, form a skeleton.
2. The blocks are mixed up, covered with the magical closet, and presto, the skeleton
is no longer "mis-made"!
3. This is repeated with the same results. Finally, the skeleton vanishes entirely...
4. ...and is replaced by a lady who is far from being BARE BONES.
MATCH-STICKS by Hideo Kato
1. The magician displays four blue sticks and four white sticks. Each stick has
a number printed on it.
2. The magician sets aside one of the white sticks as his prediction. The spectator
selects ANY blue stick...
3. ...and amazingly, the sticks match! This can be repeated over and over.
BURGLAR-BALL by Shigeru Sugawara
1. The lid is placed on the box and the whole thing is secured with a rubber band.
2. The box is covered with a handkerchief and the ball is placed under the hanky,
on top of the box. Now comes the magic. Your audience will see the ball sinking into
the box.
3. The handkerchief is removed and the ball is really inside the box. The ball is
removed and the spectator can examine the props.
1. In this ultimate version of the legendary Gozinta Boxes, a red box fits inside
a black box.
2. But the black box also fits inside the red box.
3. Sponge balls materialize out of thin air and even change form. Is it a paradox?
No, it's Tenyo's PARABOX!
PENCILIA by Shigeru Sugawara
1. An examined solid pencil is placed inside Pencilia.
2. Suddenly, the magician twists the centre right out of the pencil...
3. ...only to restore it completely a moment later.
