This is an imitation fur mouse, accompanied by a 24 page booklet for manipulating it by Ian Adair titled "Mouse Animation, the Tom Harris Way".
The amateur magician will probably put the book on his bookshelf, and produce the mouse from some production prop, to draw a scream or two from the ladies in the audience.
The more seasoned performer who knows what entertainment is all about will read the book, and put in some hours of practice, and have an unforgettable assistant with a unique and lovable character for his act that will be long remembered, when many more elaborate tricks are forgotten.
Regardless of the category you fall under, you will find this a worthwhile addition to your "magic bag" at an affordable price, so get yours today !

Color Changing Paddles
The performer displays two paddles, or miniature bats. One has white spots on both sides, and the other black. Holding a paddle in each hand he commands the spots to jump. Now the black spots are on the paddle that had the white, and vice versa.
After repeating this a few times, he takes the effect a step further. He rubs one paddle over the other, and the black and white spots have changed to two entirely different colors. Again the spots are shown on both sides of the paddle. Then they change once again to two other different colors - and are again shown on both sides.
This effect makes excellent use of the Paddle move, combined with the Rainbow Chips principle, to produce a wide and baffling variety of color changes, in a very convincing manner. The apparatus comprises of the two special plastic paddles, finished in plated chrome for a touch of class, with all the necessary "gimmicks" and instructions. There is nothing to add or steal - the special apparatus does it all. Very good value for money.
Silk through Candle
There have been many effects where a lit candle is passed through one or more silks criss-crossing in a tube.
In this classic effect, a silk passes through a candle flame, without harm, and without any type of cover.
The effect is made possible by the special candle supplied. This is a mechanical candle, the working of which will be obvious as soon as you handle it. We also supplied a suitable 12" silk. You can use any other larger silk, or one of your favorite color. Complete with mechanical powder coated metal candle and silk, you can put this in your act right away.
The Card Change Box is one of the classic utility props, with a host of applications. As the name suggests it is a box for changing a playing card, and can be equally effective to change a business card, paper slips, or envelopes, currency notes etc.
This model resembles a simple unadorned wooden box, apparently designed to hold your precious deck of cards, complete in it's case.
It is designed in a size to hold a complete deck of playing cards with case, (Bridge or Poker size), making it a natural prop. You could use it to hold your deck of cards, remove the cards from the box during performance, and use the box for the change during your effect. The audience does not suspect it as a special magician's prop. It has a magnetic locking feature, so box can be handled by the audience after the change of a card, or paper slip etc. It is supplied complete with ideas for use.

Locking Card Box - Wood
The Attaboy is amongst the finest in apparatus, mental magic. The original concept is credited to Jack Hughes, who made several models working on the same basic principle.  This Bellboy model is based on the first and original model from which the trick gets it's name.
The apparatus resembles a cut-out of a Bellboy, with two houlettes, one at his feet, and one near his hands.  The houlettes hold a deck of cards, and cut-out fronts in the houlettes enable the audience to see what is inside the houlette. A pack of cards is displayed, which may be examined and shuffled by the audience.  Spectators freely select one or more cards. Cards are noted, and shuffled back into the pack. The pack is placed in the houlette at the bottom.  The cards are now taken from the houlette at the bottom, passed one at a time slowly in front of the Bellboy's eyes, and placed in the houlette on top. The spectators are invited to call "Stop" whenever they like. When they call stop, the card stopped at is turned around to show the face, and it is one of the selected cards. This is repeated for the other selected cards.
The trick is absolutely amazing, because there is no force of a card, and the spectators are free to stop you at any card as you slowly transfer them one at a

time from the houlette at the bottom to the houlette on top.  The cards stopped at are the very same cards selected by the audience, - they may be signed if you so wish.
The trick is absolutely mechanical in working, and requires no palming, switches, or any elaborate sleights.
The apparatus we supply stands 20" high, on a base measuring approximately 4" x 6".  It is constructed from plywood and solid wood, and hand painted.  The base and cut-out open out for ease in transportation, with the cut-out simply plugging into the base for instant assembling.  The apparatus is designed to be used with any pack of cards, - in bridge or poker size. Supplied complete with instructions, here is an opportunity to get a classic prop and an excellent magic effect at a most affordable price.

There are many varieties of magic with liquids, and Auto Milko is off beat and different.
The performer shows two clear empty glass tumblers, and a transparent plate. One empty tumbler is placed face up on the table, covered with the glass plate, and the other empty tumbler placed over this.
Milk or any other coloured liquid is now poured visibly into the tumbler on top till it is almost full.  The performer now places temporary screen (an open book or magazine) in front of the glass to hide the props for a few moments.  The screen is then blown or dropped down, and the liquid has magically transferred from the glass on top to the glass at the bottom.  The liquid can be poured from the glass at the bottom, or even given to an audience member to consume if it is a potable liquid.  An amazing penetration of liquid through the glass and plate.
Auto Milko is hundred percent automatic in working, and you have nothing to so except follow the instructions.  The ingenious mechanism is built into the transparent tumblers.
Auto Milko comes to you complete with the two glasses and plastic plate with instructions and routine.  You can use any liquid (coloured for visibility) and a magazine, book, or just a piece of board folded in half to serve as the screen.

From the fertile mind of Ian Adair, prolific creator and author of some 240+ magic books, comes this gem of a "Just Chance" effect, suitable for most audiences, and all performing conditions.
The performer shows a clear net bag, one the audience can easily see right through. In this "nest" are five different colored eggs, from some exotic rainbow bird. Four spectators participate. Each freely picks an egg from the bag, lucky dip style. No Forces, or "outs", and the last egg is left for the performer.
When the four spectator's eggs are "cracked open", they contain candy, or consolation messages. A spectator can open the performer's egg (he needn't touch it at all), and it has a diamond ring, or a large denomination currency bill.

You have complete control over the contents of your selection, and theirs. If you prefer, you could have the four kids get trinket jewellery, while you get the insides of a real egg!  Or have five spectators participate, including the birthday boy or girl, who gets the prize. And it need not be the last egg selected or left behind, the birthday boy can take his pick any time, and still get his prize.
Adair's Egg Nest
This is very simple, very clever, very deceptive, and the props look attractive. It's easy to do, and costs much less than you would expect to pay for such a great magic routine.
We are delighted to present to the magic fraternity this handsome prop, precision machined from brass. For those not familiar with the Bill Tube, here is the basic effect.
You produce a key and hand it over to a spectator. Then you borrow a bill, have it signed by the lender, fold it, and wrap it in a hanky and hand to another spectator to hold. You next show a solid Brass Tube that has a cap locked onto the tube and ask yet another spectator to hold and guard it during the miracle.
You now whip away the handkerchief. The Bill has disappeared! The spectator holding the key is requested to unlock and open the tube. Inside the tube is a bill. The spectator himself removes the Bill, and finds it the same Bill, bearing his signature.
Our Bill Tube is made for smooth working and ingeniously gimmicked, and can be  handled and examined by the audience. It comes with detailed handling instructions and different presentation ideas and references. Good Value.
Besides the classic model (with a locking bar through the cap, and lock and key), we also make a Streamlined Model Bill Tube, which is identical to above, but with a long thread screw on cap, instead of the locking pin, with lock and key.

Brass Disk Escape
The magician shows five disks enameled in five different colours, and a tube just large enough to hold the disks. The disks and both ends of the tube have a small hole in them, for a cord to be threaded through.
A spectator freely selects any one disk. All the disks are placed in the tube, which is closed. A cord is threaded through the closed tube and the disks inside. Then a spectator is requested to hold the ends of the cord with the tube hanging in the center.
When the magician opens the tube, only one disk falls out, - the selected coloured one!
The other four disks and both halves of the tube remain securely threaded on the cord. The effect may be repeated with a different colour disk.
Great magic with quality props. Both the tube and disks are machined from brass,
Everything can be examined. Complete and ready to work, with instructions
The performer displays a box full of Multi-colour Crayons. He flicks the box towards some prop, and all the crayons become white, while the prop is coloured in a rainbow of colours.
You could also just as easily work the effect in reverse, and start with a box full of white crayons, which instantly becomes multi-coloured.
We supply you the special box of crayons ready to work. Although not a complete effect, this is an excellent bit of business to use with Colouring Books, Instant Art and Colour-It pictures, Silk Dyeing effects, Chameleon Streamers, Flash Dye Silks etc.
The box exactly matches our Crayon Vanishing Box, and the two can also be combined to transform a box full of white crayons to multi-colour ones, then have all the crayons subsequently vanish.
Magicians traditionally produce Rabbits from Top Hats, and Rabbits are traditionally white and Top Hats are black, or that is the way it used to be. Today fashion demands a little more color, and even Top Hats come in designer shades of black and red and blue and gold !
This is a nice and colorful routine for Kid show performers, with easy to carry pack flat props.
The performer displays a window envelope, with the picture of a Rabbit in an outline Top Hat, which has no color. The spectators are invited to select a color for the Top Hat from a chart of different shades. When the picture is again displayed, the Top Hat is magically colored in the selected color, and the picture can be handed out for examination. And the selected Hat in the shade card has been magically replaced by a colorless outline one.
Color me a hat
These are two clever props, blended into a nice routine. You could ofcourse color the hat without using the card, just ask the kids to call out their favorite color ! And you could use the card to force a color for any effect. Attractively screened on Art Board, you get everything you need, with detailed instructions.
